MMSA provided renovation/addition structural design and construction administration for this 27,000 sf multi-purpose, community/recreation center for the City of Spartanburg. Reopened in 2010 following extensive renovations, the Center’s amenities include a health and wellness center; learning center; teen center; senior lounge; gymnasium; library and classrooms; multi-purpose community meeting and conference rooms; activity rooms; and an outdoor swimming pool.
