Clemson University’s Lehotsky Hall, originally constructed in 1974, is a two-story, 94,000 sf academic building currently housing the College of Agriculture, Forestry and Life Sciences and the College of Behavioral Social and Health Sciences. In anticipation of future renovations and building code updates, MMSA performed an ASCE/SEI 31-03 Tier 1 Seismic Evaluation to identify potential seismic deficiencies; an ASCE/SEI 31-03 Tier 2 Full Building Seismic Evaluation; an ASCE 41 Tier 3 Seismic Rehabilitation of Existing Buildings evaluation with proposed retrofits, report for necessary and recommended repairs, and a conceptual structural cost estimate.
