The David Hellams Community Center, a City of Greenville Parks and Recreation facility, originally constructed in the early 1980s, was in need of both renovation and new additions. Renovations to the single-story 5,800 sf existing facility include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades; ADA accessibility upgrades and improvements to the overall appearance of the facility. New additions include new lobby, offices, and a senior activity room.
