The Augusta-Richmond County Public Library, part of the East Central Georgia Regional Library System, is a new three-story concrete frame structure located at Telfair Street and James Brown Boulevard in Augusta, Georgia. Effectively tripling the size of the previous library building, the new library is constructed of red brick and limestone and utilizes concrete shear walls and a shallow concrete foundation.
