Goldsboro Union Station, located in downtown Goldsboro, NC, is an old brick, concrete and wood frame train station listed on the National Register of Historic Places (1977). After sustaining both structural and cosmetic damage, including water in crawl spaces and signs of distress on walls and columns, MMSA provided a concept site plan and building layout for the two-story train station building. MMSA also conducted an Existing Condition Assessment and Cost Analysis, determined the building protection needs, and prepared drawings and specifications for Bidding work.
