The Greenville County Recreation District Administrative Office Building is an 8,400 sf facility designed with open, high-bay, exposed structure construction. Sustainable initiatives integrated into the facility include the use of natural materials both inside and outside of the facility; water-saving plumbing fixtures; high SEER HVAC systems; energy-efficient lighting systems and controls; and minimal site-lighting aimed at reducing energy consumption and night-time light pollution.
