MMSA provided structural engineering design and construction administration services for the Greenville Technical College (Barton Campus) Dreisback/Anderson Student Center (Barton Campus). Effectively relocating the off-site Student Services programs to the 30+ year old former Technical Resource Center (TRC) building, the project included renovation to the existing 51,500 sf building and a 2,500 sf addition in order to centralize student services, student intake and financial aid functions under one roof. Renovation efforts also focused on upgrading the existing auditorium lighting, sound, flooring and seating as well as adding a new café and community room.
