Mauldin Sports Center

MMSA provided structural design services and construction administration for the new 36,000 sf Mauldin sports and recreation center. Owned by the City of Mauldin, the sports facility is scheduled to be completed in two phases. The first phase of design for the sports facility included a 12,800 sf dual-court gymnasium, 3800 sf cardio and strength training arena, 2,700 sf fitness/aerobics studio, 2,100 sf climbing center, 1/10 mile elevated walking track, administrative offices, administrative offices, and a Sports Museum. In the future, additional phases of design may be completed to add other enhancing features including a second gymnasium, a natatorium, spa, sauna, and steam rooms.
