Built in 2009, the Palmetto Bank Corporate Headquarters, located in downtown Greenville, received a multi-phase building renovation and new addition. Serving as the Structural Engineers-of-Record for the project, MMSA is responsible for the structural design aspects of the four-story structural steel building.
