MMSA provided structural design services for development and renovation upgrades to the existing Seneca Water Treatment Plant (Seneca Light & Water) located adjacent to Lake Keowee. Structural design services include development of a 10,000 sf, two-story office/laboratory facility and renovation of the existing Control Building.
